FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. Fallopian tubes are ligated at 3-4 cm distance from uterine angle with ligatures with long ends. Uterine angle is excised without penetrating into uterus cavity. Proximal end of tube to ligature is emerged into myometrium wound. Wound is sewn with both ends of ligature, with puncture-in of needle from internal side of wound, and puncture-out made on external surface of uterine angle. Ends of ligature are tied up above fallopian tube.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform sterilisation of women in efficient way.;1 ex
