METHOD FOR ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION CORRECTION IN ADMA-LIKE GESTOSIS MODEL IN EXPERIMENT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves simulating gestosis in Wistar rats by the daily intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg for 7 days from the 14^th day of pregnancy. That is followed by a single simulation of a 10-minute remote ischemic episode on the hind limb on the 21st day of pregnancy by femoral artery clamping and reperfusion. Vascular tests follow 90 minutes later, and an endothelial dysfunction coefficient is calculated.;EFFECT: method enables studying the NO-independent protective mechanisms accompanying the endothelial dysfunction correction in the specific experimental environment.;1 ex
