METHOD OF TRAINING AND EVALUATION OF ATHLETE'S ABILITY TO SEE PLAYING FIELD

FIELD: sports.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of training athletes, in particular, to methods of training hockey players, football players, basketball players and athletes of other playing sports, and is intended for training and evaluation of the athletes' ability to see the playing field. Training of athlete using the sports equipment is carried on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic illumination using which the allowed bands are determined, in which the athlete should stay holding the sports equipment. Changing the position, shape and area of the allowed bands and modes of training are determined manually or using a software-hardware complex, in unpredictable way for the athlete. At the determined places of the playing field the additional light zones are created by the light-dynamic illumination, the athlete is given a task to respond to the determined changes of the additional light zones. The athlete, seeing the changes subject to responding, sets a conditioned sound or visually visible signal. Movement of the athlete is shot using a camera with a microphone positioned at a determined height above the playing field. The video image and the signal from the microphone are transmitted to the software-hardware complex, which records the number of going above the border of the allowed band by the athlete or the sports equipment, the athlete is evaluated by the number of going above the border of the allowed band by the athlete or the sports equipment.;EFFECT: ensuring accuracy of evaluation of athletes' ability to see the playing field.
