FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly cardiology. A patient's pulse time signal is detected by measuring a pulse wave velocity. Patient's accelerometer data are determined. The patient is located by a constant component of the accelerometer data. The pulse time signal is rated for a patient's location. An additional operation is started, or a blood pressure value is obtained taking into account the pulse time signal or the constant component of the accelerometer data.
