FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: recovered lymphocytes are incubated in the presence of an enzyme in an incubation medium, and then the cells are washed from the enzyme. They are coloured by monoclonal antibodies containing a fluorescent label to relevant surface cell receptor determinants and compared to a reference, wherein the cells are incubated in an enzyme-free medium or in the presence of proteolytic enzyme inhibitors.
