Carrots, the remaining bulb onions, brined cucumbers are cut. The listed components are mixed to produce garnish. Cod is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. The cod, garnish and sauce are packed. Then one performs sealing and sterilisation.;EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
