FIELD: power engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Power plant running on fossil fuel comprises compound steam turbine, condenser and carbon dioxide separator. In compliance with this method, steam turbine absorption capacity is related with process steam derived for carbon dioxide separator operation. Carbon dioxide separator is connected via steam duct to bypass pipeline communicating steam turbine two housings.;EFFECT: lower costs owing to ruled out replacement of low-pressure steam turbine.;5 cl, 2 dwg
