FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to the units for using the superconductivity effect, and can be used in the installations for the activation of high-temperature superconductors (HTSC). Transport current from an external DC source is supplied to HTSC 9 after switch terminals 1, 2 are closed. The transport current passing through the HTSC 9 interacts with the quantised strings of magnetic flux 7 and provides for Lorenz force which moves the string of magnetic flux 7 in the direction perpendicular to the transport current flow direction. After switch terminals 1, 2 are opened the magnetic flux in the HTSC 9 remains captured by the pinning centres. The electromagnetic energy stored in the HTSC 9 and the losses occurred in the mode of viscous movement of the quantised magnetic flux strings 7 are balanced by the external DC source. So in the course of activation the heat energy is converted into the electric one responsible for the movement of the magnetic flux string 7 and into the electromagnetic one responsible for the availability of the positive permanent magnetisaton of the HTSC 9.;EFFECT: improved fabricability and quality of magnetisation process.;3 cl, 1 dwg
