FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the mining industry and refers to deslimation of circulating saponite-containing waters. The deslimation is carried out by the exposure of electric current to circulating water passed between the drums-cathodes 1 and the drum-anode 2, followed by separation to the underflow and the clarified liquid. The clarified draining is removed simultaneously from the drums-cathodes 1, and the saponite-containing substances - from the drum-anode 2.
