A method for producing a self-adhesive film product, such as stickers, adhesive labels, self-adhesive security labels, self-adhesive films and the like, the self-adhesive film product being applied to a work carrier (100) by at least two layers (110, 120, 130, 140) applied by means of a printing process is produced by subsequent application of at least one adhesive layer (150), characterized by the following steps: a) a transparent acrylate is printed on the work carrier (100) to form a transparent film (110); b) a colored film (130) is built up on the transparent film (110) by printing on at least one layer of an acrylate containing color pigments; c) an adhesive layer (150) is applied to the colored film (130); d) a protective layer (160) is applied to the adhesive layer.
