The method involves introducing a self-sufficient closure mechanism into the pipe or pipe route during the onshore and offshore drilling. The closure of the pipe is carried out in an electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, chemical or pyrotechnical manner. A device for closing the pipelines or drill pipes is installed in the ground or seabed, and in water and above the ground, where the pipeline in which the device is introduced or installed serves as an antenna.
