The method involves filling the filling material e.g. epoxy resin into cavity, below the threshold region (1) of solid ballast track. The filling openings (4) are formed along the threshold region before filling the filling material into cavity. The spacing between the filling openings at the long side of threshold region is 20cm. An independent claim is included for a solid ballast track.
