The liner has an air-permeable layer (2) arranged between a porous material made air-permeable decoration layer (1) i.e. textile layer, and a moisture absorbing layer (3). A moisture sensor and a temperature sensor (5) are arranged in the absorbing layer or in the air-permeable layer. An air supply device supplies more air into the air-permeable layer from a passenger space of a vehicle upon activation of the supply device when threshold value condition detected by the moisture sensor and/or temperature sensor measurement value is satisfied. A control device controls the supply device.
