The monitoring system has a multi-channel vital data sensor with motion sensor and vital data sensor for examining the direction, intensity and movement of examining students. The data of the examining students are compared for obtaining current stress level of students. A transmission unit is provided for transferring the motion and vital data obtained by the sensor to the computer so as to provide tactile and/or visual and/or auditory working biofeedback to the students. An independent claim is included for method for monitoring attention deficit and activity troubles of students.
