The slipcase has main portion (3) that is composed of same sized rectangular sheath portions. The sheath portions are connected to each other via hinge joint bar (2) that is provided along longitudinal edges on both sides. The sheath portions are connected such that top surface (1) is opened and bulge portion is formed for inserting a mobile phone (5) into the slipcase. Thrust openings are provided at vicinity of top edges of sheath portions for loosely passing hanging loops.
