The adjustable extrusion die (1) comprises an aperture system (6) containing adjustable die orifice (8). The aperture blades are radially symmetric in an aperture plane movable perpendicular to flow direction of the mold material. The strip-like aperture blades generate a polygonal aperture on their opening-sided and tip-shaped end interacting with their inner edges. Sector-shaped drive elements provided with guide slots are positioned bolted on a rotatable drive plate such that the drive elements fit between two adjacent ray-like arranged aperture blades.
