The element (11) has a piping system attached to a metallic support plate (13) that is partially aided with heat transfer elements (16a, 16b) i.e. heat guidance slides. Pipe sections (14a, 14b) are thermally connected with the support plate. Thermally conducting strip elements (20a, 20b) protrude outwardly on edges (24a, 24b) of the support plate. The strip elements are formed by a separate component that is connected mechanically and thermally to the support plate and/or on a heat transfer element. An independent claim is also included for a cooling floor structure.
