The chemical coating system comprises a coating module for applying a coating material on a substrate. The coating module comprises a propeller device. The propeller device moves the coating material having low-turbulence flow, and supports so that a sufficient flow around the substrates to be coated is achieved, when heating elements are present. The coating material comprises metals and/or metal oxides. The substrate comprises a circuit board. The coating system further comprises a storage vessel. The propeller device is arranged in the vessel. An independent claim is included for a chemical coating method.
