The dryer has a rotatable drum (1) in which dried material is filled in the form of textiles and linen, and textile materials (2) and mats are included by a run in forced draft. The proportionality factor is derived according to Newton's law of cooling. The two sides of inlet opening are opened for suction of air through the rotatable drum based on temperature of heating stage. A pipeline portion is provided to and from the drum, and volume control unit is connected to a fan (4). The pipeline portions are provided for small amounts of air so as to increase the proportionality factor. An independent claim is included for device for heat dissipation in dryer for laundry.
