The device has a machine housing (1) which is fixedly or rotatably accommodated with a rotor portion (3) having receiving boxes (4) connected with cleaning brushes. The receiving boxes arranged at a certain distance are rotationally offset by 180 [deg] to push a cleaning wire (2). The cleaning brush is provided with cleaning units (11) that are distributed over the length of the rotor portion and spaced at specific distance at different angles of 0 and 90 [deg] to clean the wire based on the wire diameter.
