The feeder (1) has two side walls (3, 4) downwardly extended in a conveying direction. A driven, transversely aligned scaled bottom (7) receives bulk materials (8) i.e. ceramic compounds. A vertically movable fine dosing device (11) e.g. belt, is integrated in a region of a width of a discharge opening (6), and receives the bulk materials discontinuously conveyed from the feeder and a continuous conveyor flow to an application point. The fine dosing device includes a pressure sensor/weighing cell (12) for consecutive registration of bulk material contents.
