A ring-shaped nozzle holder is movable on the element in an axial direction. The holder has two rotatable axes (1.1) that embrace the element. The rotatable axes are pivotable in a clamping position and in releasing-position. The holder has a pushbutton that stays in effective connection with clamping brackets (4) for bringing the clamping brackets in the clamping or releasing position corresponding to pressure exerted on the pushbutton.
