The mold has recesses, and apertures formed in an area of the recesses. A carrier (4) is coated with a paint layer (5), and a galvanically separated layer is made from metal or metal alloy, where the galvanically separated layer is higher than the paint layer, and completely covers the paint layer. Another paint layer is applied on the galvanically separated layer. The paint layers and the carrier are removed such that the mold is realized as the galvanically isolated body made from metal alloy i.e. nickel alloy. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a monolithic printing mold.
