The device has a fastening profile (22) provided with a mounting mechanism. A backup guide plate (20) made of metal, synthetic or nature-identical substances is fastened by the fastening profile in the mounting mechanism lower than a longitudinal edge of a solar module frame (18) or at a free leg portion (18c) of solar module frame. The backup guide plate is fastened at the solar module frame such that safe guiding and discharge of solid and liquid substances of a solar module surface (16) on the longitudinal edge of the solar module frame are ensured.
