Method for driving hydraulic valve assembly for providing variable flow cross section, involves connecting two switching valves of hydraulic valve assembly in parallel, and controlling switching valves through respective pulse signals
The method involves connecting two switching valves of a hydraulic valve assembly (100) in parallel, and controlling the switching valves through respective pulse signals. The switching valves are controlled so that a ballistic movement is performed by a blocking element of the respective switching valve from one position to another position. The pulse signals are shifted in time so that the blocking elements are not same in the former- or latter positions. The pulse signals are shifted in time according to a period length that is divided by the connected hydraulic switching valves. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a processing unit for performing the driving method; (2) a hydraulic valve assembly with a processing unit to generate the pulse signals from a control signal; (3) a hydraulic machine with a pressure source for the hydraulic fluid; and (4) a computer program with a program code unit stored in a machine-readable storage medium.
