The device (5) has a tub-shaped wall retainer provided with a hook element (6) and aligned in a vertical plane. The hook element is located at a rotational axis of a parking position in the wall retainer. Two legs (12) are provided in an outer side of the wall retainer. A hook (13) is formed in the legs. The hook element is formed in L-shape. A spring element i.e. torsion spring element, is provided in the hook element and formed in helical shape. A slide bearing is placed on the legs and the hook element.
