The lugs are elastically flexible for passing the mechanism from an exterior surface to an interior surface or from the interior surface to the exterior surface while mounting and demounting, respectively. A locking element (17) is movable between a retracted position and a halting position in which the element limits the flexion of the lugs and locks the mechanism against the interior surface.
