The planetary gear has magnetic coupling horizontal bars on which several planetary gear units are mounted, such that gear units are coupled with a sun gear through a first coupling path and coupled with a ring gear through a second coupling path. Each gear unit comprises a set of permanent magnets (104) interacting with a corresponding set of magnets of the sun gear and/or the internal gear to transmit torque. The permanent magnets are axially relocatable together with the gear units. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) torque transfer device; and (2) use of torque transfer device as synchronization device of transmission.
