The fastening element (1) has a plastic holder (11) with a hollow shaft (15) that is extended below a top plate (13) by a screw channel (17). A screw (51) is sunk with screw head (53) located near a tip (19) of holder and with a threaded shaft (55) emerging from the tip of holder. A rim (23) of support portion (21) is arranged around the screw channel, such that an annular channel (27) is formed in a hollow shaft wall (25). An inclined surface of collar root portion (31) is provided in bottom portion (29) of annular channel, and is ascended in the direction of hollow shaft wall.
