The attachment element has a plastic holder (3) which is provided with a load-distributing top plate (7) whose bottom side is formed with a hollow shaft (6) extended to a screw channel (4). A screw (11) is recessed axially in the screw channel, whose screw head (12) is provided on a stem tip (8) of plastic holder. A threaded shaft (13) is emerged from stem tip of plastic holder. Several sliding edge portions (10) are arranged from stem tip radially to the longitudinal shaft axis (5) and are extended over the section of stem tip linearly in the direction of top plate.
