The system (10) has a motor gear unit (12) which is variable biased by a torsion spring (14). A serially connected portion of torsion spring on an output side is connected to a suspension element of a wheel suspension through a driven lever (16). The torsion spring is formed with a torsion bar (20) and two tubular springs (18,22). The tubular springs are telescopically nested in one another, such that the motor-gear unit is arranged at one end of the torsion spring while the driven lever is arranged at other end of the torsion spring.
