The wind vane device has wind vanes (2) which are fitted in a circular ring on the wheel rims or wheel axles in the lower wheel half. A driving path is put over the track during the driving of the vehicle. An increase of the torque forces is effected by headwinds depending on the wind strength and inflow angle. The wind flow (8) is derived against the convex blade back sides of the upper wheel half by their low resistance value. The wind blade shape and position of the wheel geometry are adjusted.
