Two-layered fabric (1), preferably a sheet flooring comprises an adhesive layer (5) comprising a self-adhering adhesive surface (23), and a separation layer (6). The separation layer is arranged on the adhesive surface in a covering manner and is removable from the adhesive surface without residue. The separation layer is a textile separating fabric (27), preferably a knitted fabric. An independent claim is also included for continuously producing the fabric comprising (a) providing the carrier layer, preferably the carrier web comprising an upper and lower carrier layer upper surface, (b) applying the carrier layer with pressure and temperature, (c) applying a liquid adhesive material on the upper carrier layer upper surface, (d) curing the adhesive material at an adhesive film with the adhesive upper surface, and (e) covering the adhesive upper surface with the textile separating fabric.
