摘要

The method involves stacking louder information carrying plates according to rotary cabinet type. The plates are turned out and scanned by scanning tunneling microscope. Several atoms are pressed out of tube while preventing adhesion of atoms at tube walls. The vacuum is produced in flask using vane-type air pump. The scanned data is transferred with X-ray or gamma ray, to prevent adhesion of residual air molecules. A crystal surface is prepared in plates with stripes and the vapor deposition of atoms is carried out in crystal surface by pulling out the atoms into empty space.
