Method for increasing neutron reflection at solid state surfaces in nuclear fission reactor, involves averaging mean density of deuterium atoms to preset times density of deuterium, and providing deuterium atoms as high density cluster
The method involves averaging mean density of incorporated deuterium atoms to 1.1 times solid state density of deuterium. The deuterium atoms are provided as a high density cluster in solid state surfaces of ferric oxide. The deuterium atoms are provided in an inverted Rydberg state. The cluster of the deuterium atoms are transformed into the inverted Rydberg state by a catalytic process. Deuteron-surface density in a maximum of four atomic layers of a support of the cluster is provided to obtain ten thousand added value than in a normal solid state condition.
