The thermal insulation panel (1) has an outer monolithic casing (2) that is made of an inorganic-bound cladding material. The rectangular core plate (3) of polyurethane or polystyrene, is provided with the limiting core plate surface (7). The core plate surfaces are encapsulated completely from the casing. The thermal conductivity of the casing is higher than the thermal conductivity of the core plate. The core portions (9) are arranged in a slab width direction (10) that is set vertically to the plate longitudinal direction (6). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing of thermal insulation panel; and (2) a device for manufacturing of thermal insulation panel.
