The drum washing machine (1) has a program control device (11) that is connected with a speed control device (12) which is set for controlling the speed of a drive motor (6) so that washing and spinning process of a laundry drum (4) is performed at low rotational speed or in partial rotation at the end of wash and spin program. The laundry portions in the laundry drum are moved easily from the outside in an accessible position so as to enable the facilitated removal of the laundry from the drum.
