A flat textile structure with flame-retardant properties and high visibility, of at least two types of threads or fibers obtained:– a-threads or fibres: threads or fibers with a core / shell structure, comprising cotton / modacrylic fibers or threads in the envelope,– b-threads or fibres: threads or fibers with optical properties, in such a way that a merely of the threads or fibres produced fabric standard chromatic coordinates and has a standard luminance factor.
