The vehicle has a drive unit (11), a base frame (1) and a pivot frame (4) which is inclined opposite to the base frame in the driving direction by a vehicle driver, where wheels (2a,2b) or runners are fixed to the base frame. One of the wheels or runners is pivoted over a steering relative to the base frame for the change in driving direction. A seat surface (5) for the vehicle driver, a control arm (6) or a steering column (7) are arranged to the pivot frame. The steering in the base frame is connected with the steering column in the pivot frame over a hinge (8).
