The array has a metal plate (3) spaced apart from a flat surface (2) of antenna element (1). The inner and outer rings (4,5) are concentrically located at a distance between metal plate and flat surface through a web. A connection point (7) in outer ring is connected to high frequency connector or signal lead conductor (9) of antenna cable (8). The height distance of inner ring from flat surface, is adjusted corresponding to 1.2-1.3% of wavelength of antenna element, and height distance of metal plate from flat surface is set approximately with 2-2.4 times of ring height distance.
