摘要

The method involves supporting a pressurized piston (5) at a stroke-producing running surface (7). A bearing metal layer is formed in a sliding shoe (6) from a steel base portion (6a) and is cooperated with the running surface. The bearing metal layer is formed by a plate-like circuit board (6b). The plate-like circuit board is joined by ultrasonic welding at the steel base portion.
