The close lever is arranged between the side walls in blocking position and driven through a wire and a rope-shaped custom seal. Aligned apertures (19, 42) are provided in longitudinal extension of the close lever. An opening (43) is matched with the base part and the handgrip. A tab (17) extends along the base plate and the close lever.
