The method involves providing liquid bismuth i.e. 83Bi210, in a reaction vessel (2). Acceleration of electrons is performed by applying electric voltage of 2 to 8 million such that electron containing deuterium move gas moves along direction of the liquid bismuth. Cleavage of bismuth nuclei is induced during energy release operation. A heat transfer medium i.e. water, is heated using the released energy. Heat carrier mediums are provided in the reaction vessel. A heat source is used to warm the liquid bismuth. An independent claim is also included for a heating device.
