The vehicle has an electric machine (5) for driving of the vehicle and for air cooling purposes. Air is heated in an operation of the electric machine and is discharged as exhaust air. A cross-sectional area of the air intake (6) is tuned with a cross-sectional area of an air outlet (8) so as to create over-pressure in a housing of the electric machine in operation of the electric machine. A fan is driven in the housing. A fan wheel includes a rotor to be joined with the electric machine. Wind (12) is supplied relative to the housing of the electric machine. An independent claim is also included for a method for driving a motor vehicle.
