The system has two sealing strips (4) abutting sealingly against a moving roll shell (2). The sealing strips are fit with a spraying pipe (5) for placing the sealing strips with wetting lubricant (6). The spraying pipe is connected to feed lines (7) through which the lubricant is fed. Each of the sealing strips is provided with the separate feed line. Clutches (9) are provided in a rolling lid (8) to which the feed lines are connected. Spacers (10) are connected to the clutches in which a lubricant supply device (11) is connected.
