The nozzle (1) has a housing (2), in which a vacuum air guide (3), an air outlet opening (5) and a suction duct (6) are arranged. The vacuum air guide and the air outlet opening are connected through the suction duct. A brush roller (7a,7b) is mounted relative to the nozzle in a rotating manner, such that the brush roller is covered with a grating structure (10a,10b). The brush roller is physically separated from the vacuum air guide by a partition (8) in the housing. The brush roller is surrounded by a roller compartment (9).
