The wheel suspension stands in connection with a tie rod (4) over a steering knuckle support, over a transverse control arm (1) with a vehicle chassis or a vehicle frame and over a steering lever (3). The transverse control arm and the tie rod are connected by a coupling element (5), so that the tie rod is pressurized with a restoring force to the steering restoring position in a deflection of the tie rod from its position for straight drive.
