The hydraulic actuator (2) is formed with two-component structure. The plastic components (4,6) are formed with the inner cavities. The cavity of the plastic component (6) is formed in the partial region of the inner wall of the plastic component (4). The plastic component is formed with a defined wall thickness which is reduced in an end region (12). The end region of the reduced wall thickness of the plastic component (6) is designed as flexible seal lip with the plastic component (4). An independent claim is included for a component for vehicle.
