The transmission arrangement has a transmission input shaft (1) and a spur gear transmission stage (4), which is coupled to an output shaft (6) through a switching device (8) actuated by an actuator (9). The actuator of the switching device is additionally provided for operating a parking brake. The switching device is actuated by the actuator in an actuating position (A), while the parking brake is actuated by the actuator in another actuating position (B). The parking brake has a parking brake gear (10) connected to the output shaft, where the parking brake gear is locked by a latch (11).
