Conditioning arrangement (01) for adding at least a process substance during the fermentation process in brewing beer, comprises a cylindrical conical fermentation tank (03), a circulation device (11) and a dispersion device (21). The wort and yeast containing wort-yeast suspension present in the fermentation tank is agitated through the circulation device. A partial amount is removed and/or supplied over a first terminal (31) to an inflow to the fermentation tank and/or to the circulation device. The dispersion device comprises a first pipe, a storage container and a disperser. Conditioning arrangement (01) for adding at least a process substance during the fermentation process in brewing beer comprises a cylindrical conical fermentation tank (03), a circulation device (11) and a dispersion device (21). The wort and yeast containing wort-yeast suspension present in the fermentation tank is agitated through the circulation device. A partial amount is removed and/or supplied over a first terminal (31) to an inflow to the fermentation tank and/or to the circulation device. The dispersion device comprises at least a first pipe, a storage container and a disperser, which is acting in the storage container. The partial amount is passed from the first terminal through the first pipe to the storage container, and the process substance is provided into the storage container. The partial amount, which is dispersed from the disperser, is led back from the storage container into the fermentation tank. An independent claim is also included for adding at least one process substance during beer brewing using the fermentation tank with the circulation device, comprising agitating the suspension, which is present in the fermentation tank, for a fermentation period through the circulation device, removing partial amount of the wort, which is supplied to the fermentation tank and/or the suspension, which is present in the fermentation tank and/or in the circulation device, continuously using the dispersion device, which supplies the partial amount and the process material, and producing a dispersed partial amount using the dispersion device, supplying the dispersed partial amount to the fermentation tank using the conditioning arrangement at least before the termination of the fermentation process.
